Hello everyone,
Just a heads up, due to a dispute with Takamaru, we’ll need to rework Gaara again in this patch. While we can’t meet all of his requests, this is the best we can do for now. This will be the last patch where balance changes will go past 10. In upcoming balance updates, we’ll be focusing on nerfing problematic characters like Female Path, Kakashi and others.

Kurotsuchi (S)

Lava Quicklime
- Kurotsuchi (S) uses Lava Quicklime on one enemy dealing 25 damage. Kurotsuchi (S) gains 10 damage reduction for one turn when this skill is used. Water Trumpet will stun Physical and Chakra skills until its next use.
Previously:
Kurotsuchi (S) uses Lava Quicklime on one enemy dealing 25 damage. Kurotsuchi (S) gains 15 damage reduction for one turn when this skill is used. The following turn if Water Trumpet is used on the target of this skill the target will stun their physical and chakra skills.

Temari (S)

Second Moon
- Temari gains 5 permanent damage reduction, and Wind Scythe deals 10 more damage permanently. This skill becomes Third Moon permanently after use. This skill now costs none

Third Moon
- Deals 20 damage to all enemies, and they deal 5 points less damage for 1 turn. This skill will deal 10 additional damage for all enemies dead.

Akatsuki Orochimaru

Damnation Seal
- Akatsuki Orochimaru stuns one enemy's physical and affliction skills for 3 turns. This skill ends when AKatsuki Orochimaru dies.

Akatsuki Orochimaru stuns one enemy's physical and affliction skills for 2 turns.

Namikaze Minato

Space-Time Marking
- For 3 turns, whenever Minato and his allies receives a new harmful skill, Minato will mark the attacker. Marked enemies take 15 additional damage from Minato's next skill. During this time, Minato will be able to use 'Fluing Thunder God' to defend an ally making them invulnerable to non-mental skills for 1 turn. This skill does not stack.

Previously:
For 2 turns Minato will be able to use 'Flying Thunder God' to defend an ally making them invulnerable to non-mental skills for 1 turn. Minato will also become invulnerable for 1 turn. While active, 'Flying Thunder God' will deal 30 piercing damage.

- This skill's cooldown is now 1

Jiraiya

Summoning: Toad Mouth Bind
- Jiraiya summons the stomach of a giant toad, placing all characters within it. For 2 turns, enemies will be unable to reduce damage or become invulnerable and during this time if Jiraiya or one of his allies is damaged with a new non-affliction skill, they will become invulnerable to physical and mental skills for 1 turn.

Melody Arm Tuning
- Dosu fine-tunes his Melody Arm to produce debilitating sound vibrations. The following 3 turns, 'Resonating Echo Drill' will deal 15 additional damage and 'Sound Manipulation' will deal 10 additional damage.

Uzumaki Kushina

Life Link
- Kushina targets both of her allies. For 1 turn, all enemy skills used on them will be reflected to Kushina. For 1 turn Kushina if Kushina dies, they will be back to 20 health. This skill is replaced by 'Life Transfer' permanently. This skill cannot be ignored.

This change makes it possible to kill her even during her prep. Similar to Konohamaru, if you use another skill that deals enough damage to kill her after her revive, she will die.

Preta Path Pein (S)

Chakra Pin
- Using Chakra Pin Preta Path Pein (S) for 1 turn stuns one enemy's offensive skills and removes 1 random chakra

Using Chakra Pin Preta Path Pein (S) stuns one enemy's offensive skills. If that enemy uses a new skill, Preta (S) will steal 1 random chakra from them. If they don't use a skill, they will lose 1 random chakra

Rinnegan Absorption
- For 1 turn, Preta Path Pein (S) or an ally will gain 25 destructible defense. If this destructible defense is destroyed, they will gain 1 random chakra. This skill is invisible.
Previously:
Preta Path Pein (S) uses Rinnegan Absorption to protect himself. All damage dealt on Preta Path Pein (S) will be ignored and any enemy that uses a new damaging skill on him will lose chakra equal the chakra cost of the skill used (except Random Chakra).

Ohnoki (S)

Earth Release: Light-Weight Rock
- If used on ally, their skills will cost 1 less random chakra and they will deal 5 additional non-affliction damage for 2 turns. If used on enemy, their non-affliction skills will cost 1 additional chakra and their non-affliction damage will be reduced by 10 for 2 turns.
Previously:
If used on an ally, their non-physical skills will cost 1 less random chakra and they will deal 5 additional damage with physical and chakra skills for 2 turns. If used on an enemy, their non-physical skills will cost 1 additional random chakra and that enemy will deal 10 less non-affliction damage for 2 turns.

Dust Release Implode
- Ohnoki deals 45 damage to one enemy. This skill requires ‘Detachment of the Primitive World’ to be active on the enemy.
Previously:
Ohnoki deals 50 damage to one enemy. If that enemy's health drops to 20 or less, they will be killed. This skill requires ‘Detachment of the Primitive World’ to be active on the enemy. This skill cannot be countered or reflected.

Invisible Chameleon
- Animal Path Pein Summons a Chameleon that is able to become invisible to hide himself or any ally. For 4 turns Animal Path Pein or any Ally will ignore enemy stun effects and gains 15 points of damage reduction. This skill duration will decrease by 1 every time a new stun skill is used.

Kidoumaru

Spider Bow: Fierce Rip
- Kidoumaru fires a special arrow made of enzymes from his mouth at one enemy dealing 45 piercing damage.

Summoning: Kyodaigumo
- Kidoumaru summons Kyodaigumo who creates a massive amount of small spiders that do 10 damage each turn for 4 turns to all enemies. The following 4 turns, Kidoumaru gains 5 points of damage reduction and any new skill an enemy uses will have its cooldown increased by 1.

- This now only grants Shigure 3 Umbrella Counters

Yamashiro Aoba

Revenge of the Murder
- Aoba targets one enemy making them deal 5 less non-affliction damage for 2 turns. During this time, this skill becomes Crow Assault.

For 3 turns, if one ally is killed, they will have their health set to 5, will have all their skills replaced by 'Convergence of a Murder' and will ignore all further skills. At the end of their next turn, that ally will die; this effect cannot be stopped, ignored or removed. This skill is invisible.

Crow Assault
- Aoba deals 15 damage to one enemy for 2 turns. During this time, if that enemy uses a new harmful skill, they will receive 5 additional damage from Convergence Of A Murder for 2 turns.
